Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping costs and delivery time
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation in which the expected delivery time and costs may be indicated; these will depend on the type of item and shipping method. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment. Via this link you can find the exact delivery date once it has been scheduled by the courier.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer international shipping to the following countries/regions: the European Union & the United Kingdom.
Please note we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning unwanted items
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. None of these affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item within 30 days of delivery/collection, we'll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. We aim to refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Fair use
Where we suspect fraudulent activity and/or we notice unusual or suspicious activity with your account, we might have to withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated accounts.
Such activity includes but is not limited to: claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, ordering and returning large loads; unusual patterns of returns activity;
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact us. We'll give you a returns label although you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Returning faulty items
We're really sorry if you've received a faulty item. Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. If you're not able to create a return, please get in touch with us as we'd be happy to help info@hnbmychoice.com.
