MyChoice devices heat tobacco to a lower temperature than traditional cigarettes. Tobacco is burned at higher temperatures in a traditional cigarette. As a result of the combustion process, ash and cigarette smoke are produced.

To start heating first gently insert the MC tobacco stick into the heating device. Then press the start button for 2 seconds. The heating device will vibrate and the green indicator light flashes; this is the sign for the preheating stage. When the preheating is finished the heating device will vibrate again and the green light will be on continuously. You can now start vaping.

The device can be used approximately ten times before it needs to be recharged.  The provided charging cable can be used to charge the MyChoice device, a full charge can take up to 30 minutes.

Yes, after the removal of the MC tobacco stick, when the heating element is completely cooled down, it is required to clean the device with the provided cleaning brush. For the specific cleaning method, we refer to the manual that comes with the purchase.

No. This product works exclusively with special designed MC tobacco sticks.

The MC stick is a tobacco filled specially designed for the MyChoice devices. Unlike conventional cigarettes, it should not be lit as it is only suitable to be heated by the MyChoice heated devices. 

The MyChoice device will automatically stop working after taking 12 puffs or after 4 minutes of heating.

No, you cannot use the same MC stick more than once. Furthermore, MC sticks that are not finished cannot be re-used. The used stick needs to be properly disposed in an environmental friendly way.

No, the MC sticks do not produce ash. Ash is the byproduct of burning an object. Because there is no combustion at low temperatures, the MC sticks will not produce ash.
